How can I go about exchanging my product?

We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date of delivery, along with reverse pick-up services. Please note that orders are not eligible for exchange after 7 days of delivery under any circumstances.

We will attempt pick-up twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment after these attempts, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Please note that Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.

Please ensure that your exchange product(s) are returned in the same condition as they were shipped, including original tags and packaging. We cannot provide an exchange for products that are returned in poor condition or clearly have been worn.

If your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, please DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp[9586670504] with your order details. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. The ORDER ID and REGISTERED MOBILE number must be mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account for prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your UPI or bank account through a Pay-out link.

Please note that we will reimburse only Rs. 100 for the self-shipment charge. Therefore, please ensure that your courier costs do not exceed this amount. We recommend using 'Speed Post' or any local courier service, as Speed Post is the cheapest option and is owned by the Government of India, with the most widely distributed postal network in India.

How do I return my product?

An upfront reverse shipment fee of Rs. 100 per product will be applicable at the time of submitting the return request.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure that you return your product(s) in the same condition as they were shipped, including original tags and packaging. We will not provide a refund for products that are returned in poor condition or clearly have been worn.

Payments made with the PREPAID option will automatically transfer the refund amount to the source from where the payment has been made, within 2-3 working days after receiving the product and completing the quality check.

Payments made with the COD option will receive a Pay-out link on your registered mobile number. You will need to submit your bank details or UPI ID correctly on that link. Your refund amount will be transferred to the provided bank details or UPI address within 2-3 days after receiving the product and completing the quality check.

Cancellations will only be possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If you request cancellation or do not accept the product after dispatch and ask for a refund, a reverse shipment charge of Rs. 100 per product will be deducted from the order value.
