At Maiomi, our goal is to provide top-quality products that reflect confidence and sophistication. If you receive a damaged product or an item that doesn't match your order, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below:
If you're not satisfied with the fit or the product, you can return it.
A nominal return fee of ₹100 per product will be charged to cover handling and logistics.
Please ensure the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly return it along with your order number.
Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement promptly at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide size exchanges, subject to the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.
Transportation fees for exchanges will apply.

Customers are required to ship the product back to us, as we do not provide reverse pickup services.
Please obtain an acknowledgment receipt from your courier partner for safety.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Products must be sent in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
Include your name, address, email, and desired size clearly inside the parcel.
Only one exchange is permitted per order.
Exchanges are available only for the same product in a different size (of equal value).
Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once placed.
COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours by emailing us at maiomihelp@gmail.com.
If your requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, valid for 30 days on our website www.maiomi.com.
You can exchange eligible items from your order within 48 hours of delivery.
Some items may be non-exchangeable or non-returnable, and these will be specified on the product page.
For size-related concerns, contact us within 48 hours.
If your desired size is not in stock, we’ll issue a credit note.
We will not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Dissatisfaction with fabric, material, or color (please refer to product details before purchasing).
Minor color variations (10–12%) due to screen lighting or resolution.
Products that are worn, washed, or used.
Items purchased during sales or promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
