Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the fit or received product, you may request a return, subject to the terms mentioned below.

  • A return handling fee of ₹100 per product will apply.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Shipping charges paid during the original purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with your order details and product images.

Upon successful verification, a replacement product will be dispatched without additional charges.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer size exchanges only and do not provide monetary refunds.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for the same product in a different size.
  • Exchange shipping and transportation charges may apply.
  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Customers are required to self-ship products for exchange requests, as reverse pickup services may not be available in all locations.

We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service and retaining the courier receipt until the exchange process is completed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid orders cannot be canceled once successfully placed.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Credit Note Policy

If the requested exchange size is unavailable, Maiomi may issue a store credit note valid for 30 days from the date of issue on www.maiomi.com.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events.
  • Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.
  • Dissatisfaction related to fabric texture or color preference after purchase.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.

Maiomi shall not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
