Upon successful verification, a replacement product will be dispatched without additional charges.
We currently offer size exchanges only and do not provide monetary refunds.
Customers are required to self-ship products for exchange requests, as reverse pickup services may not be available in all locations.
We strongly recommend using a reliable and trackable courier service and retaining the courier receipt until the exchange process is completed.
If the requested exchange size is unavailable, Maiomi may issue a store credit note valid for 30 days from the date of issue on www.maiomi.com.
